Frolic tunic
Frolic tunic
Le patron est disponible en français.
Frolic is designed as a playful layering piece for little ones who are happiest outdoors: climbing, running, and turning the garden into their own little world.
Think of it as a “little goblin sweater”: a garment made for adventure, without the worry of keeping it pristine (that’s the main reason why I knit the sample in brown to be honest!).
This is a heavily oversized piece, intended to be worn almost like a coat, with plenty of room for another sweater underneath. The idea is to extend those in-between days when a coat feels too much, but a single layer is not quite enough.
With its generous fit and relaxed silhouette, Frolic allows children to stay comfortable outdoors while keeping movement completely unrestricted.
The wide sleeves and roomy body are intentional, giving full freedom for play, exploration, and everything in between.
Each size spans approximately two years of growth, meaning the garment is designed to evolve with the child. It will begin very oversized, gradually becoming more fitted as they grow into it, ensuring long-lasting wear through multiple seasons of adventure.
